## About
Texas Homes Rebates is the new-construction buyer-rebate program of EXL Realty Group, a licensed Texas brokerage (TREC Broker License #9015220; agent Jakir Malek, TREC #0778114) based in Dallas and serving all of Texas. It pays a flat 2.5% cash back on the purchase price of any new-construction home and keeps a flat 0.5% fee, with no service tiers: on a $400,000 home the estimated closing credit is $10,000, applied at closing subject to lender approval and the actual buyer-agent commission the builder pays. Buyers must register EXL Realty Group as their agent before their first builder visit; most Texas builders will not honor outside-agent representation after an unregistered visit.
