Commission Plan:
- 90/10 commission split on all transactions (Residential Sales, Leases, and Commercial Transactions)
- $20/month office fee. (Agent pays this fee once they close 1st transaction per calendar year)
- E & O insurance included.
- No Office or Desk hours are required. You can work remotely and fully virtual.
The plan includes the followings:
- Softwares to manage transactions, to work remotely, and to comply with TREC.
- Virtual and In-Person Training on Real Estate Transactions.
- Weekly Group Performance Coaching/Training.
- Full Broker Support and Mentoring
- Free company email & webpage.
- IT Support from our IT team.
- Access to the commercial search database (Costar).
- Leads from several vendors, in-house leads, and our lead generation strategies.
- Compliment CE courses are provided by our trainer/coach.
